About Anna Wcislo

As a dedicated senior partner at CRIDO, I co-lead a highly recognized transfer pricing team of 45 experts, renowned for delivering client-oriented, high-quality solutions nationwide and internationally. With a strong foundation in transfer pricing and business advisory, I am committed to driving excellence, innovation and practicality in every project. My career began in one of the BIG 4 firms, and since joining CRIDO in 2014, I've been instrumental in our team's growth, securing top awards in both Polish and international tax and transfer pricing rankings. Promoted to partner in 2018, I continue to ensure our team's leadership in the field. My personal achievements encompass i.a. nominations to EMEA Transfer Pricing Leader of the Year (2021) and Top Woman in Real Estate, Finance and Taxes (2023- nominated & 2024-winner). Based in Warsaw, Poland, I am passionate about continuous improvement, both personally and within my organization. My values - kindness, openness, involvement, solution-finding and inspiration - guide my professional and personal life. Outside of work, I find joy in taking care of and having fun with my rescue dog, Ciastek, and strive to maintain a balanced and fulfilling life.
