About Anna Weinstein

My work focuses on communications, marketing, and product management for nonprofit organizations and other mission-driven entities. I have experience at all levels, from creating large-scale strategic plans and change-management processes, to managing video production, website development, and database maintenance. My particular interests include communications strategy, climate action, nonprofit governance, and conflict resolution. As Marketing and Communications Lead with the Nova Scotia Nature Trust, I tell the story of land conservation in Nova Scotia - and help supporters understand how this work can help reverse plummeting global biodiversity and combat the impacts of climate change. I conduct strategic communications to generate broad public awareness and financial support through partnerships, targeted outreach, and original content. I also developed and executed a communications strategy for a $20 million campaign to dramatically increase protected conservation lands in the province.
