I've worked and lived across the U.S, but it wasn’t until I left the South in 2020 that I fully appreciated where I’m from. Time in the Pacific Northwest gave me a fresh perspective, reminding me of Mark Twain’s words: “Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness…” I returned home with renewed gratitude and a broader understanding. For over 15 years, I built and led one of the top-performing sales agencies in the country. That chapter shaped me, and I found joy in mentoring others to uncover their untapped potential. Whether in sales, recruiting, coaching, or team development, I’m driven by connection, curiosity, and helping people grow.
