Prior to my current role, I served as a Customer Success Account Manager for Microsoft's Premier Support customers. In this role, I established myself as a trusted business advisor by delivering and supporting services that aligned with my customers’ priorities, maximizing the value of their investment. I was responsible for overall customer satisfaction, growth, and quality of their relationship with Microsoft. My strong organizational, communication, project management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills have been key to my success in both roles.
