I bring intellectual curiosity, passion and critical thinking to the subjects I research and the content I create. I have experience producing content across a variety of media including print, digital, audio and video. As a writer and editor, I have substantial experience developing and producing written content for both print and digital audiences. Over the past nearly six years I have coordinated, edited and produced content for a quarterly magazine, aimed at communicating science as well as telling human stories. I am particularly adept at bringing a critical eye to ensure content is relevant and engaging for its intended audiences and finding creative ways to tell stories. More broadly as a communications professional I have experience managing staff, developing effective strategies to reach audiences in a range of ways. These include media engagement, electronic direct mail, social media as well as traditional print media. As a creative person, I am interested in engaging with the world to tell stories that reflect its richness, diversity and wonder across a variety of media and forms including audio, photographer and writing.
