Ik ben afgestudeerd voor de opleiding Sociaal Pedagogische Hulpverlening aan de Hogeschool Utrecht met de specialisatie Forensisch Sociale Professional. Sinds 2018 ben ik werkzaam in de forensische psychiatrie. Ik startte in de Forensisch Psychiatrische Kliniek (FPK) van Inforsa te Amsterdam op de afdeling als sociotherapeut/groepsbegeleider. Na bijna vijf jaar maakte ik vanuit mijn seniorrol de overstap naar de Reclassering van Inforsa. Aldaar werk ik als adviseur, toezichthouder en reclasseringswerker in een van de vrouwengevangenissen. Mijn werkzaamheden hebben zich te allen tijde gericht op de behandeling van forensisch psychiatrische cliënten en het terugdringen van recidive.
