About Anndrea Parrish

As director, along with an amazing team of skilled professionals, I have the responsibility of meeting the rehabilitative needs of Utah’s incarcerated population in both the institution and the community. This includes overseeing treatment, case management, reentry, intergenerational initiative, education, volunteer & religions services, and horticulture. My current responsibilities include vision setting, ensuring programs are evidenced-based, implementing performance metrics, using data to drive decision making, supervising a team of 250+ certified and civilian professionals, allocating resources efficiently with an annual budget of $31 million, and providing ongoing training. I work closely with executive leadership in implementing priorities as well as working collaboratively with key stakeholders, legislators, and community partners.
