About Anne Bertin

During my studies, the most important thing I learned is to have a scientific approach and a rigor in all situations. It also allowed me to know how to use many computer tools and to perfect my English. During my studies, I worked several years as a Quality Controller in Saint Michel Contres, enabling me to implement laboratory procedures on raw materials and finished products. I was also able to participate in hygiene audits. Then I had the chance to work as a Customer Care Specialist at Zalando SE in Berlin. This allowed me to work in direct contact to the customer and to learn the keys to a successful customer relationship. I was also able to perform simple accounting procedures on SAP FI and I had also to work as a community manager.
