Anne is a dynamic Risk Management executive with a track record of delivering impactful financial results and strategic solutions in the risk management and insurance sectors. She led a risk management business owned by a PE firm with up to $ 1.6B AUM, overseeing risk across diversified portfolios, including hospitality, real estate development and management, manufacturing, retail, and bank assets. Known for embracing risks as opportunities and building solutions to fix them. Anne has also served in multiple Board roles. Anne is a leader in insurance market cycle navigation, program negotiation, and containing cost of risk. She has extensive experience in property, casualty, D&O, surety lines, and employee benefit programs. Renowned for her expertise in complex claims, litigation, and crisis management. Anne leverages her strategic vision, negotiation skills, and innovative product development to create targeted, high-stakes insurance solutions. She served as Trustee for BankAtlantic’s Retirement Trust and Security Plus Plans overseeing $80M AUM; Board Secretary for Women In Distress of Broward County; and Board Chair for a Broward County private school, bringing expertise in fiduciary oversight and governance. As President of Risk Management Services, LLC, a division of BBX Capital, Inc, Anne established a shared-services risk management model to drive enterprise risk strategies across BBX’s $1.6B AUM portfolio, spanning real estate, manufacturing, hospitality, and retail enterprises. Known for creating revenue-generating programs and complex insurance solutions, Anne manages programs with premiums exceeding $75M and has led disaster claims over $100M. She developed and oversaw risk management initiatives for large-scale hospitality, retail, and multifamily construction, securing high-impact financial results and portfolio growth. As Executive Director of Risk Management, she implemented enterprise-wide risk strategies for property, casualty, D&O, and surety lines in domestic and international markets. She led broker and carrier selections, secured claims proceeds, managed high stakes litigated defenses, drove contract negotiations and portfolio protections and growth. She also has significant experience guiding M&A due diligence and delivering Board presentations. Anne has a certificate in board readiness from the Athena Alliance. Outside of work, Anne loves spending time with her family, cooking, boating, gardening, and traveling, while maintaining a strong commitment to continuous learning.
