About Anne Clair

After 25+ years of working in Human Resources executive leadership roles and as a Managing Director for a Professional Services firms, I decided to pursue my passion for writing and speaking. I am currently an Author and Speaker following the publication of my first book,'19 Days'. a true story of the complexities of love in the digital age. While working in consulting, I focused on helping life sciences and health care and financial services clients align their HR strategy and ambitions with their business goals. I have extensive experience in organizational design, talent management, technology enabled transformation, and change management. I enjoy working with diverse teams and empowering them to deliver innovative and impactful solutions. As the NA CHRO for a global petrochemical company, I supported the organization's explosive growth in Asia by delivering talent management and organizational enablement strategies required for business success. My mission is to inspire and support others to achieve their full potential. I believe that courage, vulnerability and trust are key leadership traits.
