Strategic and visionary leader in evidence systems, advancing the evolution of how information is generated, governed, and used to transform healthcare. I specialize in anticipating and shaping the future of evidence ecosystems to redefine what counts as credible, actionable knowledge in clinical practice. As Director of Information Services and a member of the Senior Management Team at the Centre for Effective Practice (CEP), I lead provincial and national initiatives to transform how high-quality evidence and technology are integrated into clinical practice. Through my leadership on the Innovative Growth Team, I support vision, ideation, and execution of innovation pipelines from early concept through product-market fit, piloting, and scale, ensuring each initiative advances system-level learning, interoperability, and equity. As an AMS-Fitzgerald Fellow, my work explores how AI and digital health innovations can responsibly reshape evidence production and clinical decisionmaking. The Fellowship has deepened my focus on how we can align the next generation of evidence systems with the ethical, cultural, and epistemic foundations of medicine. Grounded in a commitment to equity, collaboration, and responsible innovation, I bring a futures-oriented perspective to healthcare knowledge system transformation.
