About Anne Devine

My career has focused on health care, in both the clinical and communications areas. I started my career in nursing, working first in hospitals, and then in public health settings, and obtained a Master's degree in community health nursing. After practicing for a number of years, I segued into health care communications, with responsibilities for planning projects as well as extensive writing. In my current role at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center I work with a team of talented and committed clinical patient navigators who provide culturally sensitive, resource informed care that helps patients overcome barriers to receiving timely and appropriate treatment. It is truly rewarding work that makes a difference in the lives of others.
