About Anne Ditzler

My depth of experience is in the nonprofit sector with advocacy organizations, community-based groups, religious organizations, and environmental stakeholders. I have directed programs for leadership development, training, and grant-making, and served in both internal leadership and external consultant roles. I'm currently a human resources director for a team of 60 staff at an amazing organization. Additional skills and experience include board development, fundraising, grassroots organizing, environmental campaigns, staff management, and mentoring young adults.As an organizational development consultant, I'm most valued for group facilitation skills and meeting design, able to deeply engage all kinds of participants around the core questions of an organization's future. I help leaders ask great questions - about successes and values, not only challenges - and listen to the real experience of their members and stakeholders. I demand playful curiosity and creativity. My consulting and facilitation is a form of coaching - acting as a partner to get you where you want to go, not as an outside expert with all the answers. I also coach people who are living their values, doing it rigorously, and ready to make their next move with purpose. For people on the cusp of a career or life transition - letting go, ramping up, or someplace in between - I help you to focus on what matters most and to ride the waves of fear and excitement with more confidence and clarity. I bring deep respect for your wisdom and resourcefulness. I'll ask questions and listen without judgement, digging deeper to both challenge and support your vision and goals. My other passion is fiber art and craft. I love experimenting with texture and color to turn wool fiber into felt, designing beautiful and functional items like coasters.
