I have extensive experience in pharmaceutical industry focused on Manufacturing, leading projects to improve processes and deploy new ERP applications. I strive to develop strong business relationships with management and be recognized as a most trusted partner. Strong communication and interpersonal competencies allow me to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization allowing me to recommend solutions and influence project outcomes. I was able to accomplish this by working with multiple sites around the globe evaluating business processes and bringing them up to corporate standards. I’m always looking to grow and share my knowledge. Main competencies that describe me well: • Project manager – deliver project on time and within the budget, review project plan based on priorities, lead meetings (face to face or virtual) well-structured while creating a good atmosphere, report regularly project progress to internal stakeholders as well as to external partners if needed. • Team leader – assign roles and responsibilities to team collaborators and provide appropriate coaching/development/performance feedback. • Customer focus – Ensure collaborative engagement with clients • Reliable – You can count on me to deliver on my promises and to provide honest feedback and information. • Autonomous – I deliver on my projects with minimal supervision and work well in virtual teams My goal is to lead and implement successful cross-functional projects, as a project manager using both traditional and agile methodology.
