About Anne Gable

In 2011, after nearly 25 years working in the for-profit sector, Anne joined Aspiranet, a large Child & Family Services agency (aspiranet.org) in California, as an Encore Fellow (encore.org). She did strategic planning and business development in the agency’s IT subsidiary for its “life record” app for young adults leaving Foster Care. Since 2014, Anne has been working with Aspiranet’s senior executive team to develop a data-informed performance measurement process that will be adopted to improve outcomes for its clients and demonstrate impact to stakeholders. She also provides project management and advising for strategic initiatives across Aspiranet's six divisions: Behavioral Health, Intensive Home-Based Services, Family & Community Services, Residential Services, Transitional-Aged Youth Services and Foster Care & Adoption. Prior to joining Aspiranet, Anne worked in New York as an executive with financial and media leaders including Dow Jones, Citibank, Deutsche Bank and Thomson Financial. During her career in Product Management, she developed and marketed online tools built for financial market professionals. In the time between her corporate career and her “second act” at Aspiranet, Anne studied at California College of the Arts in the BFA program and has established an art practice focused on sculpture and printmaking.
