About Anne Glase

As a project manager in a multinational pharmaceutical company, I have successfully led process innovation initiatives including the development and roll-out of a simplified paper diary and the revision of safety data collection processes. While being responsible for coordinating the performance measurement within Clinical Development, I have consolidated the monitoring and reporting process for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) which have seen the reinforcement of a positive trend. I also have practical, hands-on audit experience from audit preparation and back office support through follow-up actions including CAPA management. Communication-related activities have been another important constant in my professional experience, from an internship at a German TV station, through supporting a member of the Italian Parliament, through handling various aspects of internal communication at a global pharmaceutical company.
