About Anne Gulden

I stumbled upon the real estate industry when I was a college student. I quickly became immersed into every aspect of real estate and have worked in the industry in some facet ever since! I have gone from being a part time receptionist in the early years to managing a very small C-21 office in southern Minnesota, to taking time to focus on the demands of a young family while working as a real estate assistant part time to a realtor/developer. From there I partnered up with a fellow realtor to assist in building a team. I also was a team leader/CEO of a real estate company in three offices. I was in charge of running the office in every way imaginable; I recruited talented realtors to one of our three locations, I also trained and coached realtor in achieving the success they desired in the real estate industry. I was also responsible for achieving financial success on a monthly basis for the company. By far, the favorite part of that position was coaching realtors to attain the success they desired. I now work as a full time Realtor and couldn't be happier! I love working with people to secure their dreams of home ownership as well as assisting sellers who want to sell their homes for the most money possible and in the shortest amount of time. I also still coach realtors who are looking for success. Specialties: Assisting buyers and sellers to have fun with the process, strategic negotiating so all parties to the transaction end with a win/win, home staging, pricing, making the transaction as stress free as possible.
