Promoted to the Quality Department as an Appeals Coordinator. When the North Star Program ended in November of 2016, I accepted a position with the Austin Engagement Center handling Adverse Incidents. My position was eliminated and accepted a remote position with our Latham New York office as a Clinical Support Specialist. My position was eliminated in Decembe,2017. I then accepted a position with Lakeside Life Center (psychiatric) office as a backup receptionist and medical assistant. I resigned in September 2018. The position was not compatible with my skill set. I have been semi retired since then and would like to get back into the work force. Accepted a position with Cardinal Health in April of 2019 as Customer Service coordinator. Promoted to Senior Individualized Care coordinator in April of 2021.Currently with the Pfizer Patient Assistance program for Xeljanz. Assist patients in determining eligibility for the program
