Let’s keep our minds open! Are you capable of questioning what you’ve always believed to be the only way forward? I’ve found that learning works best for me when I pursue a task by exploring the questions around it. That’s when new ideas emerge — ideas that enrich my ability to work and grow. Who really knows what the most effective way is, in the end? I sure don't but I am ready to try. Open questions drive me. What can we do better? How do we do it? How do we break things down into pieces and start from there? This is the foundation for launching new processes into action. And that’s why we’re here — to make the world a better place. By wondering, innovating and producing. Then we have the view what to admire! I’m deeply interested in marketing, processes, and communication—especially when the message truly reaches the receiver and brings value. As well motivated by the chance to make a difference for the greater good. Naturally I do step into a leadership role. I thrive when guided by precise and ambitious goal-setting, and admire challenges with motivated people along side. Taking the leap of minimizing the risks. Sometimes the bravest move is to take the leap, you will learn how to swim afterwards and sometimes it is your only option, as in life as well. Seeing the silver lining in a dark cloud can be just as important as always succeeding in your tasks. One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned is this: To find the best solutions for the future, we must first focus on the truth of the present. Making the best out of it, future is already two seconds away.
