My approach involves working with clients providing a tailored and personal service, assisting candidates and clients through the recruitment process offering individual advice and support. I believe in really getting to know my clients' businesses - understanding a company's culture and the exact requirements for any given role. I am committed to diversity and best practice and have set minimum standards across the company when selecting candidates for jobs. I am a firm believer that a company is only as good as its people; I have built up a team of first class consultants and created an environment in which they can thrive to deliver a first class service.
