I am a passionate, people-oriented Program Manager in the software industry with over 12 years of experience leading teams, portfolios and high impact initiatives in top Silicon Valley companies that have reached millions of customers globally.Some of my recent experience involves agile and scrum based companies in PharmTech & MedTech, e-commerce, revenue management, and information security industries and cloud technologies.My success is attributed to my ability to synthesize complex challenges and working cross-functionally to deliver high quality deliverables in ambiguous, rigorous, and fast-paced environments where I thrive.I take great pride in being subject matter expert who has been instrumental in waterfall to agile transformation, leading global teams between 5-15 people.Over the course of my career, I have consistently demonstrated expertise leading software development projects from inception to completion – gathering requirements, budgeting, contingency resource planning and project tool provisioning has given me insights and hands on experience into the entire software development life-cycle (SDLC).Having the drive to become a key-player in every initiative I have been a part of has both facilitated my growth and accelerated goals in clear return on investments (ROI) of the products and service I have supported.And yet, my biggest reward of all has been the people I have been so privileged to work with over the course of my career.
