As an online teacher, I am responsible for creating a digital classroom environment where students can fulfill their academic potential, thereby ensuring that they develop 21st-century learning skills. Required to communicate regularly with school-system representatives across the state of Alabama, including principals, counselors, classroom facilitators, students, and parents. Regular management and reporting of student grades. Intervening with struggling students within districts to ensure success. I have had many duties as a classroom teacher over the past twenty years.
