About Anne Minihane

I am a Panel Deputy for the Court of Protection and a Partner in the Private Wealth Team. I joined Clarke Willmott from my previous firm to be part of an expanding Court of Protection Team with both Property and Affairs and Health and Welfare expertise. I was one of the first tranche of Professional Deputies appointed to the Court of Protection panel and have been a Professional Deputy since My appointments involve acting for clients with a diagnosis of dementia, brain injury and mental illness. I specialise in Wills & Tax Planning; acting for the bereaved and for Executors of Wills. My particular area of specialism is dealing with the UK estate of those who die domiciled abroad with assets in England and Wales. I am a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners as well as Solicitors for the Elderly and I am frequently asked to conduct seminars for and to address charitable bodies and organisations involved with the care and support of those suffering from dementia, brain injury and mental illness, on the laws relating to Mental Capacity.
