With a background in teaching, I am used to working with communications and motivation across professional boundaries in order to create relations and solutions through teamwork, dialogue and analysis. Besides teaching I am also experienced in planning of workshops and courses and in achieving the best possible use of resources through thorough systematisation. With my university degree and personality I am able to help your business with- Creating common ground when different groups of people work together - Converting abstract ideas into concrete actions - Implementing as well as communicating vision, mission and values I am used to working in a position where I am a catalyst, and where the amount of energy I provide is paramount to the outcome. Therefore, I push hard. I approach challenges with a “can-do” spirit, and often I contribute with a different perspective that enables me to see potentials where others see problems. Working in a team, I am the one with the breadth of view, who gathers all the threads and ensures that every single person contributes. And that everyone understands each other and our common goal.
