About Anne Morais

Étudiante à la maîtrise en sociologie à l'UQÀM, mon projet de mémoire est une étude de cas qui porte sur une organisation du mouvement des locataires, plus précisément un syndicat autonome de locataires dans la Bay Area, en Californie. Mes intérêts de recherche touchent la sociologie des mouvements sociaux et les théories féministes et critiques de la race. En matière de méthodologie, mon travail s'inscrit dans la recherche sociologique qualitative, plus précisément dans l'approche ethnographique. Je fais également partie du projet "Housing Justice Research" à titre d'assistante de recherche. My research interests include sociology of social movements, and well as feminist and critical race theories. In terms of methodology, my work is in the realm of qualitative sociological research, more specifically in ethnographic approaches.
