As a communications expert at the Baltic Sea Action Group (BSAG), I work at the intersection of science, policy, and public engagement, translating complex topics like soil health, agricultural policy, and marine biodiversity into clear, compelling narratives that inspire action. BSAG’s mission goes beyond protecting the Baltic Sea; we act as a bridge between researchers, decision-makers, and the broader public. It’s incredibly motivating to work in a multidisciplinary environment where impactful communication can help accelerate meaningful change. With strong proficiency in English, Finnish, and Scandinavian languages – and a particular fondness for Danish – I’m passionate about making scientific and environmental issues accessible and engaging.
