Hello, I help leaders and psychotherapists learn to build their most inspiring relationships, and work so they can create and lead purpose driven, impact, businesses. For more than 13 years, I’ve been using and refining an effective process to use in group work—the Metamorphix CHOICE model. This dynamic curriculum has 10 pillars that help individuals and teams become skillful navigators of:conflict resolution, situational awareness, mindfulness,negotiation, motivation, communication under pressure, power management, energy regulation,social justice awareness, purpose clarification, team unity, and more.We work for personal and systemic change. This curriculum is deep work for people ready for change that lasts.There are two ways to work with me: In an organization: I believe that the business world has the best opportunity to change the world. I help leadership teams clarify their purpose, infuse their mission into everyday work, build genuine relationships, and support their triple bottom line.
