About Anne Ollonen

As the General Counsel at Savon Voima Group, I serve as the in-house lawyer, responsible for general legal tasks and supporting the business across all aspects of our operations. In addition to managing general legal tasks, I play a pivotal role in coordinating and developing the company's risk management function, overseeing risk reporting to the executive management team and the board of directors. My duties also include a role in coordination and development of our procurement function and acting as leader of the Procurement Categories in Savon Voima Group, I am dedicated to maximizing value while minimizing risk in our supplier relationships. As a member of Savon Voima Oyj extended excecutive management team, I am dedicated to driving continuous improvement and contributing to the long-term success of Savon Voima Group. I am also committed to making a positive impact as a trusted legal advisor and co-worker. With an endless passion for learning, I am eager to take on new challenges and grow alongside the company. To get deeper insight to the energy sector, I am also participating the Energy Business Professionals training program in Aalto EE (Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development). My background includes 15 years first as a tax specialist and later as an in-house lawyer in an international technology company, mainly focused on boiler technology and service business, which have equipped me with the tools to tackle a wide range of legal matters effectively. From contract review and negotiation to compliance analysis and risk assessment, I am prepared to support the company's legal needs with diligence and professionalism.
