About Anne Omeara

Anne is a Founder and Director of Matimba, a company that finds Top Talent for Growth Companies. She was previously an Independent Management Consultant and Programme Manager working for clients such as Coca-Cola Beverages Africa, Sasol, Standard Bank and T-Systems among others. Anne was Principal Consultant at IBM Global Services where she worked for clients such as Transnet, Anglogold, BHP Billiton and Iscor. Prior to this Anne worked for 8 years at Deloitte Consulting, in Ireland and in South Africa, where she completed work for the European Commission, The Irish Tourism Board and the National Lottery in South Africa. Anne holds a BComm degree and a Master of Business Studies degree from University College Dublin. She is SAP FI and PRINCE 2 certified. Anne completed various consulting training courses at Deloitte South Africa and was selected for leadership development training at IBM La Hulpe in Belgium. ​ Anne heads up Finance and Operations at Matimba.
