About Anne Paul

Bilingual French-English program manager with over 20 year experience in international consulting and health care combined. Recently joined UC health to help launch a new care model that combines clinical care, research and patient engagement in a way that accelerates innovation and improve health outcomes. Prior to joining UC health, worked at the Anderson Center for Health Systems Excellence at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. Managed the set up and implementation of national quality improvement and research networks of hospitals with the goal to improve health outcomes for patients with chronic conditions. Provided coaching and business development support to network leaders. Prior to working in health care, worked a combined 10 years in management consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton and Ernest & Young. At Booz Allen, supported the implementation of multi-million dollar economic growth programs in North Africa, West Africa, the Balkans, the Caucasus region, and the Middle East. Conducted business development, managed large scale programs, and provided technical assistance in market research, business planning, and organizational change management in addition to overseeing the operations of local offices. At Ernst & Young, worked side by side with entrepreneurs to conduct market research and feasibility studies and design business plans to launch start ups in bio-tech and e-business.
