I am a physics graduate from the University of Kelaniya Sri Lanka, with a certification in data science from Coursera. I have been working as an assistant team lead at HealthRecon Connect, a leading healthcare revenue cycle management company, for the past few years. My core competencies include communication, presentation, and analytical skills.In my current role, I oversee the AR follow-up process for various clients, ensuring efficiency, quality, and accuracy. I also collaborate with the QA team, the management, and the insurance representatives to resolve any issues and achieve the expected paid rate. I have contributed to several projects that involved gathering, analyzing, and interpreting scientific data, as well as making recommendations based on the findings. I am passionate about applying my physics and data science knowledge to the healthcare industry, and I am eager to learn from and support my team and the organization. I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the table, as well as a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
