Program manager in democracy and governance and peacebuilding with more than 25 years of professional experience including 18 years in the design, management, and implementation of projects in civil society strengthening, peacebuilding, youth engagement, and elections assistance in conflict-affected and post conflict countries in Asia, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Proven track record leading projects that achieved significant results and praise from donors, partners, and stakeholders. Received awards for outstanding work in client satisfaction, program management, team leadership, and business development. Technical director providing oversight in strategy, technical assistance, program design, and project management for USAID projects in countering violent extremism (CVE), conflict sensitivity, conflict mitigation, and youth engagement. As FHI 360’s Director for Peacebuilding and Conflict Mitigation, provides technical management and oversight to home office and field teams implementing a USD 90 million portfolio of U.S. government-funded projects in Africa and Southeast Asia.
