About Anne Semel

How am I, a former English major, an asset in a busy office setting? Well, these are the tasks I do every day - I write emails and notes, research information, draft paperwork, build procedures and processes, speak with clients and colleagues, and think critically - the same transferable skills I honed earning my degrees. I bring creativity and humor to my team. People who know me know they can count on me. I may not be the loudest voice or the first to speak in a meeting, but I am not afraid to ask questions to gain expertise and make sure what I do is done with purpose and efficiency. Strengths include Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint, proofreading, research, and treating both colleagues and clients with a positive and professional experience. I have extensive experience in CRM programs such as Redtail, Salesforce, Applied EPIC, Zoho, and Keap (Infusionsoft).
