About Anne Shoemaker

I’m a passionate, results-driven leader in the dairy industry with over 14 years of experience blending hands-on technical expertise, strategic sales growth, and people-first leadership. I grew up on a dairy farm, where I developed a deep respect for the industry and became especially involved in reproduction management early on. That foundation led me to earn a degree in Dairy Science with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls, further strengthening my knowledge in animal science and herd health. After college, I joined Minnesota/Select Sires as a relief technician. Through strong producer relationships and consistent service, I built my own technician area and grew into new leadership roles. Today, I serve as a District Sales Manager with Select Sires Member Cooperative, overseeing both technician services and sales operations. I’m proud to have significantly grown my sales area by focusing on customer trust, high-quality service, and team development. I’m equally passionate about mentoring others—whether it’s helping producers succeed, supporting teammates, or guiding future dairy leaders. As a collaborative and strategic leader, I’m committed to advancing the success of the cooperative and the broader dairy community.
