About Anne Sofie Bjerre

I am an experienced Manager and Project Manager with performance in mind. As a person I am very open-minded, energetic and honest in my communication. I have a good overview and work structured and independently in order to reach my goals. I am a responsible, reliable and persistent person, filled with initiative and drive. I work hard, enjoy challenges and professional development and I am a quick learner. I make an effort to function well socially and professionally with colleagues and external corporate partners/customers. At a personal level I have a big interest in and passion for organizational change management as well as innovation and business development. Some of my biggest competences are the ability to navigate in a constant changing environment and seeing the opportunities in challenging and difficult situations. I enjoy working with people on all levels of an organization and having diversity in my work from standing with production workers discussing issues on a shop floor level to taking part in strategy work making long term planning and decisions for the company.
