As a business owner, wife, and mother to three boys, I understand the challenges of holding it all together. Calming the monkeys in my head seemed elusive until I was forced to re-evaluate during a significant health interruption. Harmony in the home and career take strategy, and I needed a plan. Before the age of 40, I suffered Sudden Cardiac Death. My heart condition was unknown until this "incident." I have a pacemaker/defibrillator affectionately labeled as my Techno Bling. I interweave my story through speaking presentations on living your best life now, by creating harmony in your personal and professional growth through self-image, color psychology, and self-care practices for the busy professional. Shine by Design was created to help you find the best version of you. I went on a quest of self-discovery to uncover the self-care methods that would bring the most joy to my everyday journey. I discovered color was the link to create a harmony of life. Following presentations, I offer the opportunity to work with me one on one through individual style and coaching sessions.
