I efficiently manage email marketing campaigns and social media operations, write and edit annual reports and promotional materials, and conceptualize and execute integrated media campaigns across multiple channels.My previous role as Senior Manager for Communications at Advantage Solutions, a worldwide marketing firm, enabled me to showcase my skills in strategic communication and project management, especially in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). I created all DEI-related internal and external communications, developed an extensive DEI section on the company's internal website, and implemented an automated system to quantify employee engagement in the company's DEI initiatives. My work contributed to the company's award as one of Newsweek's "America's Greatest Workplaces for Diversity" in January 2023.A former art director, I excel at creating compelling content and executing brand-right communication strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
