About Anne Warren

I have wide experience in managing and delivering projects for clients in both private and public sectors and have worked on a range of complex projects often in live operating environments with varying stages. I have experience across health, aged care and complex education and research projects, most recently focusing in the education sector. Success of these projects has relied on good communication and a collaborative team approach to enable successful project outcomes for clients. My involvement in projects extends from brief and scope development through to design, documentation and delivery. I have a well rounded knowledge of construction and design developed through previous roles as a program and procurement manager, senior project manager and in architecture and strive to ensure all stages of projects are well managed and delivered.
