Senior Business Analyst working with the team at PSN (Presbyterian Support Northern) to improve operations and systems across the organisation so that our staff can put their energy where it's most needed - with our clients. PSN is the home of Enliven (in-home support services), Lifeline (personal and telephone counselling), Shine (helping victims of domestic abuse), and Family Works (social services for families, parents and young people). Previous local and international experience as a management consultant, business process manager and business analyst. Prior to PSN, I spent several years working with NZ Post to redesign provincial mail and courier services. I have experience as both a senior business analyst and a manager in the commercial research sector for a tertiary education provider, and previous to that as a consultant within a software development firm and a large systems integrator. Other industry experience includes insurance, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, energy, local government, health and transport. Business systems implementations (intranet content, contract management, customer care, order management and provisioning, billing and receivables, procurement and payables) in New Zealand, Korea, United Kingdom, Lithuania, Poland and Norway.
