About Anne Wolff

As a Leadership Development Coach I ground my work in the principles of adult development, focusing on the development of my clients as leaders and human beings, always recognizing that they are part of the organizational systems they work in. I work to build awareness of habits and patterns of thinking that may be holding them back and practices that allow expanding perspectives and facilitate new possibilities and change that goes beyond behavioural change to mindset change. Together we focus on how they lead their own teams so that they can in turn properly focus on giving their maximum contribution to the leadership team they are part of and as leaders in their organizations. This may sometimes involve working directly with their teams to build capacity and understanding of what it takes to be a high performing team. I draw on my own international commercial experience in Finance & Banking and Professional Services. I understand the language of business and the pressures inherent in these environments. To this I bring my professional development as a coach, including a Masters in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School and certifications in the Global Leadership Profile, The Leadership Circle and Systemic Coaching. How I help: • Leadership development coaching: whether you are a seasoned leader or newly stepping into a leadership role, I support you in your exploration of where you are – your strengths as well as the patterns that may be holding you back – and in identifying the development path that will maximise your leadership effectiveness • Team coaching: I work with you and your team to develop a common understanding of the team’s purpose and how this serves the organization and of the actions and behaviours that are needed to become a high performing team. • Workshop facilitation: – I develop and facilitate workshops to build understanding of team working, emotional intelligence and of organizational culture, vision, and values. • Professional development coaching: If you are contemplating a career change and need to weigh up the options and make it happen, I provide a sounding board and facilitate and challenge your best thinking to achieve the change you want. • Cross cultural coaching- I work with non-native English-speaking clients working in multinational teams on how to function effectively in English speaking teams to assert your presence, communicate effectively and fit in.
