About Anne Wright

As an OT, I am dedicated to maximizing client’s full potential and achieving high quality patient outcomes. I pride myself in being a compassionate healthcare professional with exceptional clinical and leadership skills; effective in time management and prioritizing tasks. I have spent my allied health career building experience across a variety of roles. My experience includes paediatrics,neurological rehab, hand therapy, lymphedema/vascular therapy and adult mental health I am ABA trained with extensive experience in the ECEI space including complex physical and neurological presentations, assistive technology and trauma-informed care. Placing the child - and parents mental health/development is the foundation of my current paediatric practice. During my career I have extended my knowledge and practice with training in programs such as Circle of Security, Paediatric Cognitive Development, Neurobiology of Trauma, Therapeutic practices for Children and Adolescents with trauma and several ADL development courses. My career experience extends into non-clinical work including various leadership projects, individual and group supervision, clinical practice advisor in paediatrics and team leadership. I enjoy supporting early career therapist in refining their skills for assessment, reflection and quality therapy service delivery. Ensuring team members can work cohesively together within an honest and open clinical relationship has been an important part of my management experience.
