About Annee Park

Annee Park is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for education and equity. With a strong track record of success in the retail industry, Annee founded her first business in 2014 and grew it into a 12-store franchise before exiting in 2016 at a 3x return for investors. Her interest in entrepreneurship led her to create ProtoHack, a code-free hackathon for non-technical entrepreneurs that reached members across 30 cities from 12 countries by 2017. Some of ProtoHack's clients include TED, Adobe, and Stanford. Today, Annee is the co-founder and CEO of SoftServe, a learning and assessment platform for soft skills. She believes that our ability to adapt, learn, and evolve is what defines us as humans, and that soft skills like empathy, curiosity, and creativity are critical tools for success. SoftServe helps teams develop these skills and has worked with clients including SAP and Google. In addition to her work at SoftServe, Annee is also focused on rebuilding the matriarchy in web3 through F3 Fund, F3 Labs, and F3 Foundation. She brings over 10 years of experience building, growing, and scaling businesses through community to her work as a Web3 events and experiential marketing consultant for leading brands including Halborn, 500 Global, and Dystopia Labs. Annee has been recognized for her contributions to the business world with awards including the BC Business's Top 30 Under 30 and the Women Tech Founder's Award for Gaming/AR/VR.
