About Annefa Burke

I am currently studying Graduate Medicine at the St. George's University of London. I have an honours degree in Biomedical Science. My degree encompasses all aspects of the laboratory including, Haemotology, Histopathology, Cytology and Microbiology among other essential laboratory skills. For which I have done independent research developing a usable, standard method for isolating cells from others in the laboratory. My topic is: The Isolation of Ovine Respiratory Epithelial Cells from Tracheal Fibroblasts; Confirming Phenotype Using Monoclonal Antibodies Anti- Vimentin and Anti-Pan Cytokeratin via Immunofluorescence. Thus far I have excelled at laboratory based skills among other strong skills.
