About Annet Boog

I offer a rare combination of skills as a software engineer and holder of a (Cum Laude) philosophy degree in Ethics.I am best characterised as a ‘bigger picture thinker’ who loves to create new ideas, to set ambitious goals, and to come up with creative strategies to get there. During the first two years of my IT career I made an impact with my view that the Sogeti Q&A department should get more technical. Thanks to my efforts, software testers at my first employer are now learning Java. Furthermore, I developed a test automation framework for a client’s legacy system everyone argued could not be tested automatically. These results were rewarded and acknowledged with a ticket to Sogeti's International Leadership Academy.I am not only a bigger picture thinker; I like to dive into technical details as well. I have been and am working on enhancing my technical knowledge and skills. This resulted in my move from testing to test automation and finally to my current position as a Java developer.programming: Java, TypeScript, Spring 5, JPA and Hibernate, RxJava and RxJavaScript, Angular, Ionictools: Docker, Git, Maven, Jenkins, Subversiontest automation: FitNesse, Cucumber, Selenium Webdriver, Postman, SoapUi, Karma, Jasmine, Protractor, JUnitsoft-skills: Teaching and didactics, Agile scrum (holder of PSM1), self-managing teams
