She had come to “check out” the school. She commented about my positive and caring attitude toward the students. By the end of the tour, she knew that this was the school for her. In all aspects of my life, I have adopted the motto “The Best Day Ever”. This positive attitude is what makes and keeps your customer. I love when people can tell I am making it the best day ever. I have been drawn to positions that allow me to wear many hats and being an Office Manager at a charter school certainly gives me that.
