About Annette King

One of my biggest strengths is my adaptability and desire to grow and learn. Personal growth and development are always my top priorities. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experiences, and a broader skill set from the various roles within the company. Currently, I work on the Billing team as a Product Owner where I handle various responsibilities, including: • Working with the vendor as the Collection Process Owner – monitoring results, addressing file issues, researching out of balance situations, and submitting system problems, projects, and enhancements. • Managing team productivity and capacity – created and maintaining tracking system for the team productivity and reporting out results monthly to leadership. • Opening and managing projects for the Billing team - conduct cost benefit analysis, reviewing projects with legal and project board, serving as the Billing Business Analyst, Project manager, or Subject Matter Expert roles, and writing business requirements for user stories and features. • Maintaining procedures – updating and submitting through Salesforce to keep the Billing content current. • Conducting audits – internal audits and review of compliance audit findings. • Testing – reviewing test evidence, test cases, defects, and production issues. In past roles I gained experience in supervision, testing, accounting clerk, customer service, and knowledge management (built and managed the prior forms and procedures databases). I hold several certifications, a bachelor’s degree, and am currently in school completing my Master of Business Administration. I embrace change and love learning, whether it's through continuing education or mastering new tasks. I am open to new roles and gaining additional experience. I am also actively involved in my community through volunteer work with organizations like the Bellbrook Lions Club. I am proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project, and I easily adapt to new software. On a personal level, I enjoy photography, genealogy, volunteering, writing, and even organizing data and creating spreadsheets. I am passionate about everything I do and am always eager to connect and collaborate.
