With a solid track record in procurement and franchise business practices, my role as Chief Procurement and Sustainability Officer at O'Learys Group embodies a commitment to excellence and strategic supply chain leadership. At the heart of driving value lies a keen focus on enhancing the buying power for operations, franchisees and support expansion that has characterized my multi-year tenure with the organization. The mission to integrate sustainability into procurement processes aligns with my expertise, and, alongside a proficient team, our contributions support the organization's culture, goals and profitability. Leadership, negotiations, strategic planning, tracking and communication and support towards successful operations is the great fun of my daily tasks! My department has all type of central contracts in the supplier base for Food & beverage, interior, signage, marketing, non-food, sports viewing rights and support systems, covering the Nordics and part of Europe. My skills of adapting in senior stakeholder management, underpinning my approach, during the period of pandemic I took a role as interim manager of the financial team and have stepped in as interim F&B director during transition periods in organization and the management team.
