In her early career she was one of the first women leaders managing design and construction in a highly complex and dynamic industry creating future opportunities for women in the field by developing engineering mentorship programs. Prior to joining Nike, Annette held senior real estate and facilities positions in other Fortune 100 companies where her leadership expertise, political and operational savvy afforded her the opportunity to make significant global contributions.
