As a Certified Grief Facilitatory I help people who have experienced the pain of a significant loss understand grief- to know they are not crazy, they are grieving. I provide a safe space for them to share, talk and be with the heaviness/ emptiness a death, divorce, diagnosis causes. To learn more about themselves, and their unique grief experience, in order to provide hope that one day life with feel better again. My primary objective is to create awareness and promote positive change in our society. After my 15 year old died from complications of leukemia, diagnosed only 4 days before- I couldn't imagine feeling better. The pain was so deep and so intense. Slowly over time, with intention, and working with a grief guide who I could relate to, I found joy, peace and purpose. I accept the hole left in my heart the death of my sweet child left, but I have built a new life around it. My child is still a big part of my life.
