Nothing I love more than helping someone who feels lost & confused in emotional eating or looming medical problems to fully occupy and appreciate where they are, then take their next skillful step toward balanced well-being. Inspiring consumers and professionals to thrive on their path of integrative health through high-impact lifestyle medicine woven with wisdom practices is my life’s work. You can find me in private telehealth practice serving the great state of MA and in-network for many insurance providers for covered nutrition counseling. Weight-neutral holistic solutions to metabolic conditions like prediabetes, diabetes, high blood pressure & hyperlipidemia, inflammatory pain, emotional eating & eating disorders are my specialties. You can find me in national media and speaking at national conferences on topics of nutrition/physical activity/integrative wellness, women's health, and chronic disease prevention. My first book, Every Bite Is Divine (yoga & nutrition for healthy weight) was a finalist for 3 national book awards. Yoga & Diabetes (second book, with Dr. Lisa Nelson) published by the ADA. I've been a public health program director (MDPH) and was Lead Nutritionist at the largest yoga center in the country for 7 years. I host a podcast, offer popular retreats online and internationally, blog on topics of botanical integrative well-being, and am developing several book projects and interactive digital products. My monthly newsletter (link below) provides inspiration and practical tips for the art & science of integrated living.
